Dr. Zilker is a 1996 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Zilker worked in private practice for 10 years before opening Token Creek Veterinary Clinic in June, 2006.
Dr. Covington is a 1995 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to attending veterinary school, Dr. Covington served in the U.S. Army for three years.
Dr. Rothstein is a 2016 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. During her fourth year of veterinary school, she completed the Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians program through Colorado State University (now known as CuraCore) and became a Certified Veterinary Medical Acupuncturist (cVMA) in 2016. She has a Husky/German Shepherd Mix (Finnegan) and three cats (Mewsette, Tarragon, & Lavender).
Dr. May is a 1999 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. May completed the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society’s Basic Course in Veterinary Acupuncture in 2011 and became a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist in 2012.
Sue comes to Token Creek Veterinary Clinic with 15 years of Client Relations experience in the veterinary field. She has one dog, a shih tzu named Gucci.
I live outside of Poynette with my husband, 3 cats (Abby, Bailey & Celia), a crazy dog ( Klondike), and 2 parakeets. (Blue bird & Green bird).When I'm not working with all of our great patients at work, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, skiing, and hiking.
Maddy is a receptionist at Token Creek Vet with 2 years of experience in the pet care industry. She is originally from River Falls, Wisconsin but moved to Madison in 2018. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her pets; a ball python named Zeus, a leopard gecko named Cleo, a hamster named Clove and a cat named Ozzy.
Julie has over 15 years experience as a certified veterinary technician. She has a bachelors degree in ethology, and also works as a certified professional dog trainer.
Sarah is a 2013 graduate of Madison College's veterinary technician program. In addition to her technician training, Sarah also has a bachelors degree in zoology. She has two dogs, Minnie, a St. Bernard mix, and Mocha, a chocolate lab, and two cats, Eli and Alfie.
Sarah C. received her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technician from Rockford Career College in July of 2015 and became certified later that year. In 2016, she, her husband, and their two dogs relocated to Madison. Sarah’s favorite aspects of veterinary medicine are surgery, dentistry, and nutrition.
Gina graduated from the MATC Veterinary Technician program in 2018 and has been at Token Creek since 2017. She is originally from New York and moved to the Madison area with her husband in 2014. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two cats (Noodle and Bear), and tortoise (Voldetort).
